    Law degree at the University of Sevilla specialising in Private Law, Andy took PhD courses at the same university in the Department of Law. Later he obtained an LL.M. (Masters in Law) in Intellectual Property at Whittier Law School (California , USA) and has completed a Masters in Intellectual Property at the University of Pontificia Comillas – Icade.

    During his stay in the U.S., Andy worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment at its headquarters in Los Angeles, in the Department of Business and International Affairs of Legal TV Productions. He has been a member of Bardají & Honrado since July 2006, leading the area of Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, Sports and New Technologies, where he offers legal advice to artists, film producers, music, television, video games, Internet and everything related to the world of leisure and entertainment. He also gives advice relating to Patents and Trademarks issues, setting the most beneficial strategy to the client.
